Mandisa Lateefah Thomas

Mandisa was born and raised in New York City and has lived in Atlanta since 1998. Although never formally indoctrinated into religious belief, she was heavily exposed to Christianity and Islam. She is a graduate of the famous LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, and attended Queens College (C.U.N.Y.). Mandisa likes to read, travel and spend time with her immediate family, as well as the newfound friends and colleagues gained in the freethought community. In her professional life she is an events manager at a conference center and is the owner of D & D Desserts.
